Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory that was purchased directly from the winery. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (707) 286-4219 to arrange for the return or replacement of corked or flawed product.
Wine Club Shipments
Due to current state laws, wine club shipments are available in the following states. Please send an email to email@example.com or call our Membership Services Team at (707) 968-6231 with any questions.
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY.
The standard option for all orders (excluding AK and HI) is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 3-6 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Shipping to a P.O. Boxes is prohibited.
Please note UPS and FedEx observe the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, January 1
Independence Day, July 4
New Year’s Eve, December 31
AK & HI: Shipped via 2-day Air service.
Shipping charges are noted during the checkout process. Appropriate destination based sales tax will be applied when necessary.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Adult Signature Requirement
We strongly suggest shipping to a business address, an adult signature of someone 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, two subsequent delivery attempts will be made.
Please note if temperatures in your area reach 85 degrees or above, we may hold your wine until the weather cools to avoid heat damage. We also have the ability to include ice packs or ship via temperature controlled service in the summer months to protect your wine.
