In fact, the illustrious Robert Parker once wrote of Flannery Beef that, “I finally know what a 100-point steak tastes like.” Our own grill master, Cyril Chappellet, will be joining Bryan for a fun and informative discussion about the virtues of dry aging and which breeds make for the best beef, while offering demonstrations of tips and techniques for cooking a perfect steak. To pair with Bryan’s CA Reserve Ribeye and Hanger steaks, we’ll be pouring our renowned 2018 Chappellet Signature Cabernet Sauvignon and 2017 Cabernet Franc.
