Focused on producing limited quantities of its benchmark Cabernet Sauvignon wines for more than 40 years, the Chappellet portfolio today includes its acclaimed Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon®, Signature Chenin Blanc, Bordeaux varietals, and proprietary blends.

Winemaker Phillip Corallo-Titus, who has been guiding Chappellet’s winemaking program since 1990, ferments and ages individual lots from Chappellet’s diverse vineyard blocks to maintain the distinctive character of each utilizing an array of maceration and fermentation practices and aging in the finest barrels from elite coopers and forests to add depth and complexity.
