2013 Napa Valley Cultivation:
Cultivation pays homage to two of our great passions: mountain-grown grapes and the art of the blend. While Chappellet's blends historically are made from the great grape varieties of Bordeaux, Cultivation also draws inspiration from other red grapes, including Zinfandel, Syrah and Petite Sirah.
2013 Napa Valley Zinfandel:
Long regarded as the quintessential 'California' grape, Zinfandel played an historic role in the emergence of California as a producer of falvorful, declicious wines. Our 2012 Napa Valley Zinfandel was produced from 44-year-old vines grown in the Mayacamas Range, 2,000 feet above the valley floor.
2013 Signature Chardonnay:
Our 2013 Signature Chardonnay captures the essence of world-class Carneros Chardonnay, with a focus on Robert Young and Wente clone fruit from the famed Sangiacomo Vineyard on the fog-shrouded noth-west edge of San Pablo Bay.
