Gems Partner Winery Program

Visit some of the best Napa Valley wineries

Like you, we are wine lovers. Over the years we have established close relationships with other like-minded vintners throughout the Napa Valley. Building on these friendships, we have joined with eight other premium wineries to form GEMS of the Napa Valley. The goal of the Gems is to enhance the benefits we are able to offer our most valued customers, by creating reciprocal rewards and opportunities.

In this spirit, we are pleased to invite Pritchard Hill Club members, who purchase over $1,000 in wine annually, to become a member of GEMS of Napa Valley.  GEMS members will receive complimentary tastings for you and up to three guests at each of our GEMS of the Napa Valley partner wineries. This special benefit, which has a total value of $1,200, is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and continued support. As a member of this elite Napa Valley Wine club, you will be able to enjoy your complimentary tasting benefits during the 2014 calendar year.

Participating Wineries

Qualifying members can continue their exploration of the rich diversity of winemaking in the Napa Valley. If you have received your invitation to confirm 2014 GEMS membership, please call your wine club ambassador at 707-967-7041 to get more information and your membership code.

HALL Rutherford
HALL Rutherford is Craig and Kathryn Hall’s stunning winery amid the legendary Sacrashe vineyard. State-of-the-art vision, timeless artisanship and gracious hospitality are showcased in every luxurious detail. HALL’s estate vineyards encompass more than five hundred acres of classic Bordeaux varietals; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. As winegrowers, the Halls have a strong respect for the environment and a commitment to cutting-edge vineyard technology to yield the highest quality grapes.

Hunnicuttis a family owned and operated winery founded in 2001. Their varietal focus is Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. The name ‘HUNNICUTT’ was Justin's great grandmother’s maiden name, is Justin's middle name and the middle name our daughter, Parker Hunnicutt Stephens. To accompany HUNNICUTT, they added a companion brand in 2007 called CUTT that will focus on producing wines other than Zin, Cab and Chard. They strive to produce excellent quality wines while trying to make the idea of wine unintimidating. Wine evokes fond memories and is supposed to be fun.

Ladera Vineyards
Ladera Vineyards is the home of estate grown and produced hillside Cabernet Sauvignon focused on their Howell Mountain Appellation Cabernet. Behind this wine is the historic 186 restored and renovated stone winery and underground barrel caves. The Ladera story has many facets; each very important to their heritage. They focus on their wines but you can’t talk about wine without knowing about the winemaking and there would be no winemaking without a winery. Their 1886 stone winery is our history and its foundation supports the balance of our efforts.

Patz & Hall
Patz & Hall was founded in 1988 by four talented individuals - Donald Patz, James Hall, Anne Moses and Heather Patz. Together, they have turned Patz & Hall into one of California’s most highly regarded wineries, with a celebrated portfolio of single-vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines.

Robert Biale
For over seventy years beginning in 1937 the Biale family has grown Zinfandel and a variety of produce on their farm located on the outskirts of the town of Napa. A large population of white leghorn chickens once produced a steady supply of eggs that a young Aldo Biale regularly delivered around ton to customers. Most of the Zinfandel grapes were sold to Napa wineries but some grapes were reserved so Aldo could make homemade wine for friends and family. We consider our Zinfandel to be the ideal expression of this flavorful California variety- with regard to precisely where it is grown. Intensive hand-farming, extreme thinning and careful selection of only the fully ripe “black” clusters make for very small yields per vine and give our Zinfandels their distinct personalities and rich, hedonistic style.

Robert Craig Winery
For Robert Craig, winemaking always begins with vineyards—more specifically, with his belied in the crucial importance of vineyard location in producing wines of tremendous depth and character. By concentrating on small quantities of wine from distinctive Napa Valley mountain vineyards, he has been able to create wines that reflect the impact of “terroir”, or the combination of soils, climate and viticultural characteristics of the growing locale. Robert Craig Winery showcases four award-winning,terroir-based Cabernet Sauvignons from exceptional Napa Valley mountain and hillside vineyards. These cellar-worthy, structured and stylish Cabernets convey a unique personality derived from the soils, climate and varietal characteristics of each growing region.

Silverado Vineyards
At Silverado Vineyards, sustainable is not simply a farming method. It is an approach to all of our activities. It is the driving force behind everything we do to ensure that this winery and estate are here for generation of our customers, neighbors and the Millers to enjoy.

Vineyard 29
Chuck and Anne McMinn acquired the stewardship of Vineyard 29 in 2000 and began its evolution from a single vineyard to a full scale state-of-the-art winery.   Since the release of their first vintage, they have been singularly focused on producing the best wines they can: wines that reflect all the beauty and quality of this special place on earth.
